We believe that all of our customers deserve the highest level of care, and we are committed to providing just that. We Put Your Needs First
Companionship
Our professional caregivers can come into your home to provide companionship, light housekeeping and meal preps. We can pick up medications, groceries and run other errands for the family.

Level 2 will provide assistance with bathroom, showers and transfer to daily activities.
End of Life Care
Level 3 includes all of our companionship services, plus so much more. We can assist with showers, daily physical therapy, administering medications, transferring from bed to needed locations and most of any other personal need.

Level 4 is complete end of life care with around the clock service on site. We want your loved one to feel comfortable and have the best quality of life.

We work closely with home health and have a nurse practitioner that will assist our caretakers.

Owner
Anna started working patient care at the age of 17 years old. Her love for wanting to care for others came at a very young age while being home-schooled and living on a farm. Anna has worked for several facilities in the East Tennessee area but truly loves being able to connect one on one with private care patients. She worked private care for four years before starting her own company.

Anna has two boys and is married to the love of her life. They enjoy taking trips together and making new memories with her boys!

Will my loved one have the same caregiver?
Crossroads of the 7 Seas tries to match your loved one up with a few caregivers that they are comfortable with. Our goal is to keep the routines, consistency and people familiar to the client. We want all of our clients to feel loved and they have a relationship with their caregiver.
What are the benefits for clients staying in their own home?
Most people know the most comfortable place for a loved one is in their own home. At Crossroads of the 7 Seas we provide Clients the opportunity to be comfortable in their own home. They are familiar with their surroundings and have all their personal items with them. We have found by keeping clients in their home they are healthier and safer during their care.
Do you take my loved to medical appointments for us?
All of our care plans are written for each individual client. Crossroads of the 7 Seas would prefer that you utilize one of our providers that is able to come into your home instead of being transported to appointments. However, we are willing to work with all of our clients to meet their personal needs.
Is someone going to walk with the entire family through the final phases and end of life care?
Crossroads of the 7 Seas has realized through our years of care that most families need assistance for every stage. Our Caregivers are here for not only the client we are caring for but the entire family as they have to make hard decisions and work through care plans with us. Our team is here to answer all of your questions and provide the right people to stand beside you during this journey.
